Seasons Shift

Snow on the mountain this morning
Sun on the hill
Melting, freezing, repeating the
process
Spring.....where are you?

Gaia suffers her seasons once more
What have we done
How do we fix it
The patterns of the seasons shift

Yet we still expect the same patterns
There may be no "fix"

Our seasons are changing
As the snow melts off of our mountain
Soon we will navigate the hills
again

And we will climb that mountain
together
The view from the top....perfection
As the patterns of our seasons
ebb and flow

Changes are inevitable
We adapt
We change in circular cycles
We are partners in the new patterns
of our ever changing seasons

The snow will melt in its own time
The grass shall grow lush and green..again
The sun will warm my face
as I allow the shifting of my seasons
