Watch What I Do

Strolling the ‘hood in the autumn mist
Ears full of harmonic Fogelberg bliss
Gaia shedding her colors in many hues blended
Exhaled breathe hangs in the cooling air, suspended

Head clears, life again in semblance of order
Restored and content to move forward to the border
of the old and the new as I honor the influx of change
It's comin in as it always does, I’m ready for the re-arrange

Like the leaves falling from the branches
I await Autumn to birth Winter's avalanches
Bring it on, Goddess! I will partake of it
Just watch what I do with it and what I make of it
