Where I Am.....Now

 

If my heart knew then what it now knows

Would I live my love the same

Would I move in the ways I chose to go

Would I relive the joy and the pain

To be where I am now.... today

 

Or would I walk away from the trails

of this long and winding road

We have boldly strode 

in our sweet triumphs and epic fails

To be where I am not..... now

 

All I know is what my heart sings to me

That life is a road walked in tandem

Or alone when the trail presents narrowly

Finding love along the way, seemingly random

Delivered to me, where ever I am

 

My heart knows what she knows

She knows me and she knows you

She knows love as the pictures show

Life painted in all her smokey hues

Here I am......now
