Time.....

We are full of time, brother...sister

A gift we give

to others

Give me some time

and I will give my time to you

 

As we trip around the woods

or talk on the phone

As we hold each other in the bummer times

and times of excellent joy

Our time, we share, and we are restored

Peace, my friend... I am diggin' the peace

suspended in time

Helping, healing, assisting

them

Gifted time we must also allow

ourselves

Finding peace and space in our day

is our responsibility

Time, as elusive as it seems is

pliable and bendable

10 minutes spent in deep mediation

is 10 minutes deeply connected to

yourself

Give to yourself first, just a moment here

and there

Then it is safe to give to others

for hours and days

Makes sense, doesn't it?

Don't ya just hate that....
