Let the children sing in lilts of
liquid laughter

We make our own sun rise
basking in the rays
washing us anew
We allow her to gently
set

Riding the waves
of light and half light
Over and over and over
again.....

Pink Mist of Morn

The setting sun brings respite

I am weary, my manic mind races

Thoughts are my nemesis

this night

The New Dawn brings light

Burning pink in the mist and dew

of morning

My thoughts are birthed anew today

I allow my ego to drift away

on the pink mist of morn

I allow myself to believe

once again as the sun warms my bones

Today, the light brings peace

and the beckoning darkness of

impending dusk

Brings the comfort of my dreams....realized
