Wow, it has been a while since I last sat down and quieted myself with Dan and his art so I could write again. I knew when I returned from Peoria that the timings around my excursions with him would revamp and transition. I knew my heart would know when it was time to extract the wisdom inside of me again.
And here I am with this perfect song presented as a much welcomed gift.
There is not much to convey today, other than the truth that the heart knows, the soul knows and the body follows. If we can allow that to be true, we can learn to give ourselves respite and permission to just BE when and however we need to.
That is all, that is what I came to say today. Give yourself permission to BE, however the BEing presents itself.
